    Description:Services Operations SpecialistPay: $19.

    59/hr - $25/hrShift: M – F; 7-8am – 3-5pmLocation: San Francisco Site - but must drive to other client sites throughout Peninsula6 month contract positionJob Description:


    • Coordinates and leads team efforts and performs work related to customer requirements
    • Coaches and motivate team members to successfully perform job requirements and to meet / exceed goals and objectives
    • Encourages through mentoring, individual professional growth and team growth
    • Management of open order status reports, metrics and department reports, and SOP / SOW maintenance
    • Provides training and development as well as back-up to associates to perform required tasks
    • Perform administrative duties such as providing performance management input, time card review, vacation scheduling, etc.

    Create and maintains:
    SOPs, SOWs, SPIs, and KPIs

    • Provide customer reporting and data analysis
    • Acts as a liaison between customer, services, and sales
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    • Oral and written communication (English & Spanish)

    • Knowledge of information access and ERP systems
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Basic purchasing and inventory knowledge
    High regard for safety, quality, and adhere to protocols and proceduresDesired:

    • Forklift certification is a plus
    • Spill containment, IATA, DOT, and Hazwoper training a plus
    • GMP and GLP training is plus
    • CPR training and OSHA Right to Know preferred
    • Inside sales experience and cross referencing, a plus
