Key Responsibilities

  • Seek out, propose, develop, and implement process efficiencies
  • Process and manage basic onboarding items post verbal offer (offer letters, background/reference checks, I9 verification, entering information into HRIS, etc.)
  • Conduct and support our biweekly new hire orientation and engage with ew hires throughout their first 90days
  • Process employee job changes in HRIS and follow up with any appropriate documentation
  • Create and own audit matrix for compliance as well as conduct audits frequently and respond to external and internal auditor inquiries with support documentation
  • Assist in pulling adhoc reports in both ATS and HRIS Understand our brand, culture, mission and values to effectively serve as an ambassador for Tekion and a welcoming first touchpoint to all new hires on their "employee journey" with us
  • Collaborate with the TA, Systems and HRBP teams to ensure that our incoming employees have a bestinclass onboarding experience
  • Respond to employee tickets and provide excellent response times and service levels when answering basic day today employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, policies/procedures as a Tier 1 resource in our developing Shared Services structure
  • Assist with relocations and global mobility as needed

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR/TA department
  • Eye for detail and double checking work to avoid mistakes
  • Ability to build trust and drive team effectiveness
  • Strong organization, project management, and communication skills
  • Keenly attuned to issues of diversity and inclusion
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate a clear and compelling vision and developing effective working relationships
  • A "cando" attitude and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, prioritize competing priorities and pivot quickly

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in HRIS systems and Greenhouse (ATS & Welcome)
  • Global experience preferred
  • Familiar with SOC 2 compliance and IPO readiness
  • Familiar with general Benefits inquiries

  • The salary range for this position is $60,000 $101,400_._ _The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position_ _across a_pplicable_ US locations_. _T_his position is _also _eligible for a bonus _whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance._ _The a_ctual compensation offered may vary from _the _posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer._ _Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. _In addition to the compensation listed, this position is eligible for equity compensation._
