    Description

    Job Description: General Manager at Gerber Collision & Glass - Dallas-King George, TX


    The General Manager's main responsibility is to provide an outstanding customer experience while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Store in compliance with policies. They plan daily operations of the Collision Center to meet KPI's and insurance metrics, coach team members, maintain professionalism, and lead by example.


    Key Job Responsibilities

    • Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan
    • Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budget
    • Forecast sales, profit, and expense objectives
    • Deliver performance reviews
    • Monitor A/P and A/R
    • Maintain organized repair facility
    • Provide necessary training
    • Ensure safety gear compliance
    • Manage repair facility personnel
    • Facilitate Health & Safety meetings
    • Attend recommended training sessions
    • Conduct CSI performance reviews

    Education and/or Experience Required

    • Post-Secondary Education or equivalent
    • Leadership experience in a collision repair or similar environment

    Required Skills/Abilities

    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to demonstrate a successful client experience
    • Effective communication and motivational skills
