- Designs and coordinates new graduate RN programs.
- Ensures continuous improvement of programs
- Updates curriculum annually to address learning needs
- Oversees student clinical & preceptor programs
- Serves as an educational resource for special projects, new technology or equipment.
- Provides oversight and direction for the on-line learning programs and required regulatory compliance programs.
- Five years progressive experience in area of specialty including: needs assessment, coordination, planning, implementation, teaching and evaluation
- Demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in management of projects and adult learners to include: curriculum development, evaluation of personnel and interpretation and utilization of evidence based practice

Responsibilities:Responsibilities
Provides quality education to hospital staff based on identified learning needs. Demonstrates progressive experience and masters level preparation in nursing in the required specialty area. This position is accountable for promoting excellence in the clinical nursing practice.
