    Customer Service Representative

    Full Time

    The Customer Service Representative demonstrates detailed knowledge of the clients benefit plans to ensure the maximum level of service when assisting with enrollments and other inquiries.

    This position requires critical thinking skills, strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to convey ownership. The position requires the ability to work independently and in a team environment.**Responsibilities:**

    Respond to participant inquiries regarding benefits that their Company offers to their employees

    Assist participant with enrolling in their employer benefits

    Ensure all communications and transactions with the call center are properly documented in appropriate systems

    Perform research as needed to respond to complex participant inquiries Strong customer service skills

    Attention to detail is critical

    Identify trends and escalate appropriately

    Must be able to use multiple systems while communicating effectively over the phone

    **Technical Skills:**

    Strong PC skills ability to navigate several applications at once

    Excel, Word

    **Professional Skills:**

    Strong Communication written and verbal

    Active listening

    Procedure documentation

    Sense of urgency

    Problem solving

    **Education:**

    College degree preferred

    Customer service experience preferred
