Customer Service Representative

**JOB SUMMARY:**

Turner Dairy is once again excited to add more talent to our team. Turner Dairy Farms, a family-owned company is looking for a career minded individual to fill a part-time Customer Service Representative position. The Customer Service Representative position will be responsible for communicating with our customers and other Turner Dairy employees. They will receive and respond to all incoming phone calls and communicate with customers about their orders, delivery, products, and complaints. This is an entry level part-time position working 16-24 hours per week, including hours as early as 7am, as late as 6pm and hours throughout the week and every other Saturday

**JOB REQUIREMENTS:**

Proficient in MS Office including Excel, MS Word, Power Point, Publisher Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills Ability to remain calm and professional while interacting with a wide range of personalities Ability to work in a team environment, while working independently

**JOB DUTIES:**

Serve as the primary interface with the customer. Responsible for building relationships which includes providing excellent customer service, placing customer orders and resolving customer complaints Answer incoming phone calls; taking orders, transferring calls, and taking messages Make outgoing calls to obtain orders from customers Data entry of customer verbal and email orders into the Turner Dairy computer ordering system Verify that all customer orders are obtained in a timely manner.
