    Looking for an associate teacher for a forward-thinking preschool in the Irvine area. We are specifically seeking individuals who are deeply passionate about this field and meet all outlined criteria.     All applicants should possess the skill to effectively implement an emergent curriculum. Flexibility is key for those working across different age groups within our programs. Candidates must align authentically with our distinctive philosophy and demonstrate a keenness to evolve within our educational institution.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 12 ECE units required (B.A. or B.S. preferred).
    • At least 1 year of classroom teaching experience.
    • Fluency in English.

    Compensation:

    • Salary commensurate with experience and educational background. Hourly rate: $26.00.
    • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k retirement plan, sick leave, paid holidays, and breaks after completing 60 days with us.
