    The General Manager is a full time, multi-faceted role responsible for driving an excellent in-studio experience for its community of athletes.

    Our Managers are also responsible for leading, managing and holding their part time staff accountable to Alchemy standards.

    Alchemy 365 is looking for a General Manager who is committed to the growth and development of their team and who is passionate about sharing the Alchemy 365 brand and workout with customers.

    General Managers cultivate community and culture in their studios and they know how to drive studio experience to achieve studio sales objectives.

    They know how to deliver and rally their staff around executing on the Alchemy Difference each day in their studios.

    At its core, our Managers are people leaders who are dedicated to cultivating strong relationships within the community, as well as role modeling all of the qualities and attributes of an exceptional coach.

    Managers coach 10-12 classes per week and spend the remainder of their work week assisting at the front desk, auditing their staff, overseeing Alchemy 365 events and completing all collateral duties necessary to run the studio.

    If you are not a current Alchemy 365 coach, once you've been hired, you'll be paid to complete our internal coach's training pipeline to prepare you to lead in the classroom, as well as shadow some of our most experienced managers to get your arms completely around the role.

    Lead, manage, and drive accountability within the studio team.
    Responsible for managing multiple studios.

    Serve as your studio's heartbeat, spending time each week in the studio working the front desk, bringing the vibes and serving your community of athletes.

    Work closely with your market's Market Lead to manage day-to-day operations of your studio and implement company-wide strategies, policies, procedures, and campaigns.

    Motivate and manage a team of coaches, provide consistent, specific, and ongoing feedback, and create an inspiring and upbeat team environment.

    Run, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, including sales, utilization, retention, expenses, and payroll.
    Develop local initiatives and execute on marketing strategies to drive unique traffic and exceed studio-specific goals.

    Foster relationships with the local health, fitness, and wellness communities as well as key influencers and potential corporate partners.

    Work with vendors and Alchemy's Studio Support Team to ensure all facilities, maintenance, equipment, and supplies needs are met.

    Participate in regular meetings of the company's operations team and collaborate with other Alchemy 365 General Managers across the country to advance company objectives.

    Support the company's training and talent acquisition teams to scout, recruit, and develop new coaches as well as schedule and implement continuing education programs.

    Strong eye for cleanliness and passion for facility upkeep.
    Ability to manage multiple studios.
    Strong business and financial acumen and experience analyzing and interpreting data.
    Ability to multi-task and coordinate ongoing projects, plans, and people.
    Passion for fitness, wellness, and the Alchemy 365 brand.

    Ability to model the Alchemy 365 brand and culture and serve as a lead representative of the Alchemy 365 community.

    Ability to work a non-traditional schedule that meets the needs of the business, including nights and weekends and holidays.
