    Vibra-Tech Engineers, Inc., a seismic consulting company, is seeking a Technical & Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Hazleton, Pennsylvania location.

    As the Technical & Marketing Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Technical Services and Engineering Group and Marketing Department.

    What You'll Be Doing:
    • Develop and coordinate shared calendar for Senior VP and Marketing Coordinator
    • Facilitate weekly status meetings and provide daily updates on upcoming meetings and appointments
    • Provide assistance with daily tasks, report generation, populating applications, billing, as well as expense collection and submission
    • Make travel arrangements, including flights, hotel and car rentals
    • Oversee renewal applications for professional licenses and annual registrations
    • Develop technical and marketing PowerPoint presentations
    • Distribute exhibit and promotional materials
    • Assist in coordinating event logistics, including communications, data collection, packing and shipping materials
    Your Background and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree or related office experience
    • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
    • Proficient with applications, such as Adobe Acrobat, GoToMeeting, MailChimp, Keep, and Smartsheets
    • Highly organized with attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while working independently or in collaboration with others
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Possess strong interpersonal skills and a professional and courteous demeanor
