    Job Details for Administrative Assistant:
    • Schedule: M-F Day shift. 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday
    • Pay Rate: $20.00

    Job Responsibilities & Description for Administrative Assistant:
    • Manage the VP of Sales' calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
    • Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and paper based.

    • Communication:
      • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external vendors.
      • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.
      • Draft and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.

        Vendors:
      • Responsible for updating and maintaining product information on Vendor portals
      • Maintain inventory levels for Vendors
      • Handle correspondence to/from Vendors


    Job Requirements for Administrative Assistant:
    • Experience:
      • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting senior-level executives.
      • Experience in a sales environment is highly desirable.
      • Experience with Big Box Retailer web platforms is desirable
    • Skills:
      • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
      • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
