Description
Duties:
- Provide personal assistance to executives or managers, including scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements
- Coordinate and assist with various projects, including research and data analysis
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents accurately
- Utilize QuickBooks or similar software for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Assist in the management of an office, including scheduling and record keeping
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and vendor management
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
Assist with orientation by completing the onboarding process
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a human resource specialist or in a similar role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software (for administrative assistants involved in bookkeeping)
- Experience in event planning is a plus
Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
