Outdoor Kids offers high-quality sports and event solutions for children starting at the age of 3 in Concord, VA.

Our passion is to provide a supportive program and a premium experience for children.

Together, as a team of sports enthusiasts, we have a mission:
to help children become the best version of themselves.

That's why we are currently looking for:
Children's trainers / caregivers / childminders / sports coaches (m/f/d) to join our team year-round.


Our sports program includes:


  • Ball sports
  • Dancing
  • Yoga
  • Martial arts
  • Racquet sports

Responsibilities:

  • Independently conducting classes
  • Early planning of the course schedule and program with the help of the team
  • Continuous communication with the team about the status of the courses

Qualifications:

  • You are open and communicative
  • You enjoy working in a team
  • You have a passion for sports and physical activity
  • Patience is not a foreign concept to you
  • You have previous experience working with children
  • You have coaching licenses or practical experience
  • Fluent in English or German and have a good understanding of the other language
