    Description
    Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Sr. Business Analyst/Developer to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Houston, TX.
    Business Analyst/Developer


    Duration:
    Full-Time


    Education/Experience Required:
    Bachelor's Degree, or a high school diploma/GED and a minimum years of operations and development experience
    Business Analyst with strong experience handling multiple projects and managing information systems.

    Knowledge of Oil & Gas applications and the ability to work with the business to help them improve their processes and systems.

    Design solutions using modules to meet business needs
    Conduct requirements gathering with business users
    Configure solutions in the Merrick systems, perform unit testing, integration testing
    Perform design, coding, debugging, testing and implementation tasks for the computer programs and systems
    Critical problem-solving skills - able to troubleshoot and provide quality solutions to business users problems
    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    Work closely with the business
    Good planning and organizational skills
    Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
    Bachelor's Degree, or a high school diploma/GED and a minimum years of operations and development experience
    Transact SQL
    SQL Server/Oracle Functions and Stored Procedures
    Python
