    Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Sr. Business Analyst/Developer to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Houston, TX.

    Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst/Developer
    Work Location: Houston, TX
    Duration: Full-Time
    Education/Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree, or a high school diploma/GED and a minimum years of operations and development experience

    Job Description:
    Sr. Business Analyst with strong experience handling multiple projects and managing information systems. Knowledge of Oil & Gas applications and the ability to work with the business to help them improve their processes and systems. Requires P2 Merrick and Flowcal experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design solutions using modules to meet business needs
    • Conduct requirements gathering with business users
    • Configure solutions in the Merrick systems, perform unit testing, integration testing
    • Perform design, coding, debugging, testing and implementation tasks for the computer programs and systems
    • Develop and implement program documentation
    • Advise on changes in technologies and the associated impacts to processes
    • Critical problem-solving skills - able to troubleshoot and provide quality solutions to business users problems
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Work closely with the business
    • Be able to cope with multi-tasking assignments
    • Excellent analytical and communication skills
    • Team Player, responsive, organized
    • Good planning and organizational skills
    • Provide customer support
    • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree, or a high school diploma/GED and a minimum years of operations and development experience
    • Transact SQL
    • SQL Server/Oracle Functions and Stored Procedures
    • SSRS
    • PowerShell
    • Python
