    Job Title: Regional Business Manager

    Job Summary:

    Responsible for staffing and personnel management, customer relations, and account operational performance and support related to half of the assigned customer account(s). Works closely with counterpart responsible for other portions of customer account(s) to ensure a coordinated and synchronized customer and EFS employee experience. Reports to and collaborates with EFS General Manager to maintain alignment on financial performance, high level operational and personnel issues, and to help maintain productive and consistent relationship with customer's organizational level management team.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Personnel Management and Leadership
    • Works collaboratively with individual property/site leadership, customer organizational leadership, and EFS partners to ensure appropriate staffing is maintained to meet contractual requirements in a safe, effective, and cost conscience manner
    • Primary responsibility for recruiting coordination, hiring, training, and personnel support and assistance to all EFS employees supporting assigned properties
    • Trains and ensures all assigned employees are aware of and comply with EMCOR and customer policies, procedures, and regulations
    • Manage and implement an effective Safety Program. Drives a culture of commitment to Safety. Leads and assists in communicating Safety Training
    • Primary responsibility, in coordination with Human Resources, for leading through employee related personnel issues and escalations
    Account Operational Performance and Support
    • Responsible for cost effectiveness, consistency, quality, accuracy, and performance to established contractual standards and key performance indicators
    • Interface with EFS technicians and team, as well as client location point of contacts (POCs) as appropriate, to ensure consistent service delivery in accordance with contractual obligations and EFS Mission
    • Facilitate property level operational review meetings. Meet regularly, virtually or in person with clients to discuss performance results, operations reviews, work management process reviews, benchmarking reviews, etc.; meetings will be used to evaluate performance results and address issues and overall business objectives
    • Provide recommendations and support implementation of service delivery initiatives that drive savings and/or service improvements in support of individual properties as well as customer wide property portfolio
    Account Financial Performance and Support
    • Work collaboratively with property level leadership, customer organizational leadership, and EFS partners to ensure service delivery remains in-line with annual budget requirements
    • Support monthly budget reviews and updates internally with EFS Finance Team as well as externally during customer reviews at local and portfolio level on a quarterly basis
    • Support reoccurring as well as annual budget adjustment, planning, submission, and approval coordination requirements within EFS as well as in support of customer internal processes
    Other Appropriate or Assigned Duties as Required
    • Participate in required internal and external business coordination meetings and support collective EFS team in continuous operational and financial performance improvement.
    • Support planning, preparation, coordination, and execution of unplanned facility services specific support to customer
    • Serve as advisor and subject matter expert to EFS senior leadership related to all things pertinent to assigned accounts
    • Perform other assigned or appropriate duties
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or university is preferred High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in facilities management, to include experience with both operations and budget oversight and support
    • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, including, but not limited to, safety policies, procedure manuals, and maintenance specifications. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
    • Ability to effectively present information in individual and small group situations
    • Requires experience with MS Word, MS Excel, email, and CMMS
