    Job Description

    The Business Process Manager (BPM) collaborates with the Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Mangers, and Operations teams to establish process strategies, objectives, metrics, best practices, and measures aligned with Rumpke's organizational goals. The BPM takes charge of project deliverables and supervises the daily management of their functional team and processes. This role partners with the SAP Program Manager to oversee scope, resources, and project benefits development. The BPM identifies the impact on business processes to support the organization's future vision, ensuring team alignment with business objectives, and contributes significantly to Rumpke's continuous growth and success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure operational processes are efficient, effective, and user-friendly for internal users and customers.
    • Monitor and report on process performance against business metrics.
    • Engage with leaders to communicate strategy, define objectives, and gather feedback.
    • Drive continuous improvement through business process changes to enhance process maturity and facilitate growth.
    • Oversee process governance, implementation, and performance to drive excellence.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders for business process definition, testing, and execution.
    • Manage multiple aspects of projects, including SAP and ISB development.
    • Validate data migrations and requirements for new systems.
    • Resolve operational issues efficiently, focusing on customer satisfaction.
    • Identify performance gaps, implement corrective actions, and report progress to senior management.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance applications and develop testing plans.
    • Create and review training plans for new application releases.
    • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

    Required Skills & Abilities:

    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for delivering presentations.
    • Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and lead a team effectively.
    • Experience in training team members and business employees.
    • Proactive attitude towards career growth and leadership opportunities.
    • Commitment to customer service, efficiency, and quality.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Team player with a willingness to share knowledge and assist others.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Occasional lifting/carrying up to 50lbs.
    • Occasional pushing/pulling up to 50lbs.
    • Frequent sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.

    Additional Working Conditions:

    • Travel between offices may be required.
    • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
    • Valid driver's license may be required.
    • Successful completion of pre-employment testing.
    • Proficiency in the English language is essential.
