Your responsibilities

As Team Leader HR Services & Reporting (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the professional development of our HR services and the establishment of a modern reporting system, together with a dedicated team.

You will lead the HR Services and Reporting team, which covers topics such as payroll, time management, administration, and certification, and coach team members both professionally and personally

You will ensure timely and accurate payroll and time management at our German location, as well as coordinate payroll for our European sales locations

Together with your team, you will ensure efficient, customer-oriented, and digital administrative processes and services from entry to exit

You will drive the establishment of a modern HR key figures and reporting system, and actively participate in the development of strategic workforce planning

You will implement national compensation topics such as salary increases, bonuses, and salary reviews

You will contribute to HR projects and special topics, such as HR systems, compensation management, occupational pension schemes, and corporate health management
