PABCO Roofingis looking for our next Engineering Manager.

Here are the details:
Supervises mechanics and checks finished work.
Investigates and troubleshoots all mechanical equipment.
Locates replacement parts and substitutes as needed.
Determines when shut downs are necessary and estimates downtime.
Oversees repair procedures and assists in defining extent of problem.
Plans and prepares work schedules and wash up days.
Requisitions materials.
Trains, promotes, disciplines, and terminates subordinate personnel.
Communicates with vendors.
Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and government regulatory agencies and ensure that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
Responsible for the recruitment, performance, development, promotion, and discipline of production employees. Assigns objectives and conducts performance appraisals of direct reports.All other tasks and/or responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and
three (3) to four (4) year-related experience and or/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
Compensation range:
$102,000-136,000 annually
