We are currently looking for a (Junior) Construction Manager for Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG at our Rostock location.

Your responsibilities:

As a construction manager, you will be responsible for the technical and commercial processing of assigned construction contracts, including developing performance specifications for our own construction teams within the assigned contracts.
You will monitor construction sites within the assigned contracts, including logistics, subcontractors, and our own construction teams.
You will also be responsible for construction management for selected repair measures and contract-related inspections of structural engineering facilities.
You will be responsible for recording and accepting subcontractor services.
You will participate in the construction planning process for the assigned contracts.
You will also be responsible for creating performance specifications, bid and contract calculations for the structural engineering field.

Your profile:

Your success is based on a successfully completed degree in civil engineering with a focus on structural engineering or a comparable qualification, such as a master's or technician's degree with several years of solid professional experience in the construction industry.
