    Learn more at We are seeking a Systems Support Engineer for a critical Law Enforcement customer.

    This position requires that candidates already have an ACTIVE TOP SECRET security clearance be considered, and the ability to work onsite in the Pocatello, ID area.


    Responsibilities:
    + Support and maintain integrated hardware and software solutions + Maintain and improve customer satisfaction by providing troubleshooting with ability to identify and report on routine issues + Provide user and system administrator support, including knowledge transfer and troubleshooting + Add or modify hardware and software solution components to correct defects, improve performance, and incorporate additional cabilities + Assist other system support personnel assigned to the project

    Required Qualifications:
    + Active Top Secret Clearance. + Ability and willingness to work onsite at a secured federal facility in Pocatello, ID + Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience + One to two years demonstrated performance in supporting business systems Paradyme is a federal contractor and an EEO and an Affirmative Action Employer.
