Summer internship for the ITS program at Idaho State University. I mainly handled the physical/access layer of the OSI model, by pulling/installing data cables for new connections via customer ticket orders.

Replaced and installed new CAT 5E networking cables in campus buildings
• Extended new cabling from offices to the server closets
• Terminated CAT5E T-568A and T-568B cable standards
• Installed Cisco VOIP phones and cable for employees of ISU
• Installed/mounted Hubbell networking cabinet
• Installed/mounted Cisco 2960 series switches
• Cisco Access Point installation/mounting
• Cable testing equipment/tools
