- Portfolio Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of properties within the designated region.
- Implement and maintain effective property management strategies to maximize asset value and achieve financial objectives.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage property budgets, including revenue forecasting, expense management, and capital improvement planning.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimize revenue and control costs.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.
- Tenant Relations:
- Cultivate positive tenant relationships and ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
- Address tenant concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
- Implement tenant retention strategies to minimize vacancies and maximize occupancy rates.
- Leasing and Marketing:
- Develop and implement leasing and marketing plans to attract and retain tenants.
- Collaborate with leasing teams to optimize leasing efforts and achieve target occupancy levels.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for property improvement and leasing strategies.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor property management staff within the region.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to ensure team members are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and professional development.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Implement risk management strategies to minimize liability and protect the interests of the company and its stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to property management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Leadership Role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Organizational Leadership or related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of financial principles and experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and team members at all levels.
- Track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
