We are currently seeking a
Caretaker as Property Manager (m/f/d), based in Cologne to join our team as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:


  • Point of contact for tenants and owners on site
  • Monitoring of house rules
  • Inspection and documentation of building condition
  • Inspection of technical systems
  • Visual inspection of green areas and playgrounds
  • Supervision and control of maintenance, repair, and renovation companies
  • Issuing orders to specialized companies (in case of emergency)
  • Cleaning of outdoor areas
  • Conducting apartment handovers and takeovers

Your profile:


  • Experience as a caretaker/housekeeper is desirable
  • Understanding of trades
  • Enjoyment of interacting with tenants and tradesmen
  • Class B driver's license
  • MS Office skills
  • Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and responsibility
  • Teamwork and flexibility
  • Communication skills and resilience
