- Accurately enter all payroll related data into UKG for processing in a multi-state/multi company environment
- Provide excellent client support and maintain high levels of client retention
- Ensure compliance with all payroll reports and tax returns
- High call volume inbound and outbound with clients
- Input all new hires, terminations, 401k, child support/garnishments, W-4s, and worker's compensation
- 3+ years' experience payroll processing for a payroll services company
- Proficient in UKG/Kronos highly preferred; working knowledge of other payroll systems
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and Salesforce
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Self motivated with significant attention to detail
- Bilingual is a plus
