    Description

    Our client is a well established but continuously growing payroll services company in Boca Raton. We are actively recruiting for an immediate need they have for a payroll administrator. This is an exciting opportunity that is work from home. Ideal candidate is self motivated and detail oriented with experience processing payroll in UKG Ready or Kronos platform in a multi state/multi entity environment. This is a temp to permanent role. Bilingual in Spanish a major plus.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accurately enter all payroll related data into UKG for processing in a multi-state/multi company environment
    • Provide excellent client support and maintain high levels of client retention
    • Ensure compliance with all payroll reports and tax returns
    • High call volume inbound and outbound with clients
    • Input all new hires, terminations, 401k, child support/garnishments, W-4s, and worker's compensation

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years' experience payroll processing for a payroll services company
    • Proficient in UKG/Kronos highly preferred; working knowledge of other payroll systems
    • Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and Salesforce
    • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
    • Self motivated with significant attention to detail
    • Bilingual is a plus
