    JAC Products has an opportunity for a

    Quality Manager


    to join our team in Franklin, GA The Quality Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a system to assure that all products assembled by the organization meet customer specifications and achieve superior quality and reliability levels.


    What You'll Do:


    Develop and maintain a quality assurance program to ensure conformity of purchased material and final products to quality and reliability levels.

    Direct the activities of quality engineers.
    Coordinate approval of all sample submissions of new product and engineering changes

    Meet with vendors, customers, quality representatives and company personnel to discuss and resolve quality problems and see that corrective action is taken.

    Work with process engineering and production to support safe and excellent production methods.


    Requirements and Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in a related field-preferred
    3-5 years' experience in a quality field
    Knowledge of injection molding, metalworking, fabrication, and assembly
    5+ years of leadership experience-preferred
    Ability to develop/mentor teams along with developing KPI's to track progress.
    Previous experience as a Senior Quality Engineer preferred.
    Experience with Six Sigma methodologies and quality management systems
    Knowledgeable about Class A surface requirements of aluminum extrusion, aluminum, and steel fabrication.
    Knowledge of TS16949 requirements and internal auditing
