For this position a strong candidate will be a recent graduate with a Culinary, Environmental Science or Hospitality Degree and preferably experience working in industry while a student.
Candidate must love working in and around food centric environments, have outstanding communication/written skills, be comfortable with computer work, and always ready to answer the call when Chefs are looking for information.
