- Manages and oversees the end-to-end process of delivering newly converted aircraft to the fleet from delivery planning through inspection and acceptance to registration and delivery ferry. This includes:
- Working with manufacturers and aircraft owners to monitor configuration status and establish delivery timelines.
- Leading the technical acceptance process, at various global sites, to ensure aircraftsare delivered to defined specifications, adhering to quality standards and contractual obligations, and ensuring proper support from M&E, Flight Ops, and Third-Party Inspectors.
- Negotiating with manufacturers, lessors, and other stakeholders to resolve delivery-related issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a smooth handover of aircraft protected by appropriate concession commitments for any shortcomings.
- Coordinating with lessors, FAA counsel, customs broker, and other government agencies as required in matters of registration, import, export, immigrations, security, and agriculture related to the delivery flight.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders in flight operations, ground support, and other necessary parties to organize and execute a successful and timely delivery flight and post-delivery conformity work.
- Oversee handover of documents from lessor to the Records department.
- Manages and oversees the end-to-end process of ensuring reliable technical operations of fleet. This includes:
- Establishing a holistic view of fleet health, incorporating reliability, cost, and OEM metrics.
- Working with various disciplines within engineering, including Reliability, Maintenance Programs, and Engineering, to drive focus on the fleet issues.
- Defining, launching and coordinating the execution of projects to address fleet health with OEM, Reliability, Engineering, Line Maintenance, and BPM.
- Participates in OEM and other industry forums related to the fleet type, understand and anticipate current and emerging issues for the assigned fleet.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of education and related working experience
- Three (3) years of experience working primarily as a business analyst or in a related (equivalent) role.
- Two (2) years of experience working in the airline industry with strong knowledge of Maintenance & Engineering technologies and processes.
- Fundamental understanding of aircraft structures, systems, and operational impact of associated failures.
- Proven ability to motivate and lead ad-hoc matrixed teams.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience negotiating with manufacturers, lessors, and vendors.
- Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Demonstrated experience in aircraft delivery management or a related aviation role, managing engineering disciplines for aircraft entry-into-service, fleet maintenance, and overall performance.
- Experience and relationships with leading airframe OEMs such as Airbus, Boeing, and Engine OEMs such as Rolls Royce, Pratt Whitney, and General Electric.
- Experience working with regulatory agencies.
- A successful track record of effectively leading concurrent, complex and large-scale projects from initiation through closing, and defining the order of when to execute those projects based on priorities and available resources.
- Experience instilling process and order to empower teams to perform at their best and in the most efficient way.
- Experience working in an environment of constant change andeffectively steering disparate teams to adapt and march at the same pace and direction.
- Experience communicating clearly and concisely with data and facts, both verbally and written, to deliver salient messaging and enable quick decision-making especially amongst senior level executives

Position Summary
We are looking for a talented driven individual to manage the induction of newly converted freighter aircraft into the Hawaiian Airlines fleet and technical fleet reliability.
Key Responsibilities
