- Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market needs and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Continually analyze market trends and data to make informed strategic decisions and identify opportunities.

- Optional pet insurance The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. The Product Manager will meet challenges with resourcefulness, be conscientious, thorough, and open to learning all the services that BerkOne can offer.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or equivalent knowledge of IT Software/Services Field, commercial, technical and/or industry practice and principles; and
- Minimum - 8 years related experience and/or training; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successfully bringing products to market.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Expert knowledge of project management software, such as SmartSheets, Trello, Jira, or comparable tools.
