    The Administrative Specialist provides administrative support. The primary purpose of the position is to complete data entry, and to enter demographic information from case files.

    This position can be part-time or full-time.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Complete all demographic detail data entry.
    • Review case files to identify data for each case.
    • Complete all appropriate data entry details.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Basic computer skills, including internet, email, Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn program specific software applications. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is required.
    • Detail orientation
    • Ability to multi-task and balance competing priorities
    • High School course work and experience in administrative support is preferred.
