  • What you bring
  • Completed IT apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years practical experience in the administration of Apple clients (primarily MacBooks)
  • Excellent knowledge of software/OS deployment with JAMF or another suitable tool for Apple hardware
  • Experience in operating/troubleshooting Apple products
  • Strong customer orientation and good communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • High resilience and flexibility
  • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken (at least C1 level)
Your tasks

  • Operation and further development of the Applebased client platform using JAMF
  • Packaging and deployment of apps and software updates in JAMF
  • Coordinating and conducting error analyses and troubleshooting
  • Participation in decisions regarding workplace hardware, processes, and policies
  • Expanding, automating, and optimizing deployment and operation processes
