Office Management Clerk (m/f/d)
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable office management clerk to join our team in Barryville, NY. As an office clerk, you will support us in daily office organization and ensure smooth administrative processes.
Your responsibilities:
- General office organization and administrative tasks
- Coordination and scheduling of appointments
- Correspondence and communication with customers and suppliers
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail as well as orders
- Assisting the team with various projects
Your profile:
- Completed training as an office management clerk or equivalent qualification (if available)
- Experience in office organization and administrative work
- Proficient in common office programs (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Organizational skills and ability to work in a team
