    We're searching for a diligent Insurance Sales Assistant You'll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums.     Compensation:

    $65,000 - $95,000 yearly

    Responsibilities:
    • Leverage your sales skills to provide exceptional customer service and support, actively promoting our products and services to potential clients and existing customers
    • Tackle administrative tasks with precision and efficiency, responding to inquiries and complaints in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring smooth office operations
    • Implement office standards and innovative practices to streamline processes, increase productivity, and maximize efficiency
    • Embrace flexibility and adapt to changing demands, taking on new challenges with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues, providing support and contributing to a positive and motivated team environment
    Qualifications:
    • A proven track record of sales-oriented experience and a passion for driving sales and exceeding targets
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach to providing outstanding service to clients
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm and flexibility
    • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address inquiries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
    • Collaborative and positive team player, willing to support colleagues and contribute to a motivated team environment
    • Some background in customer service, sales, or related fields, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
