- Works directly with the CSO to support all aspects of their daily work routine.
- Coordinate and manage the CSO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist the CSO in planning and organizing conferences, including booking venues, arranging travel and accommodation, preparing agendas and materials.
- Collect and coordinate with Marketing team the review and updating of presentations for conferences and meetings to ensure they are consistent, accurate, and aligned to branding guidelines.
- Screen incoming telephone calls
- File important documents and communications of relevant information.
- Draft correspondence and maintain confidentiality of emails and communications.
- Collect and prepare information for use in discussions and meetings with C-Suite staff members and external audiences.
- Stay current on company offerings and industry trends.
