We are currently seeking a Construction Manager for our headquarters in Wittorf, Oak Ridge, MO.

In this role, you will:

  • Independently plan, manage, and oversee railway construction projects in the northern region of Germany
  • Monitor deadlines, costs, and quality in accordance with defined project goals
  • Prepare and maintain evaluations for each construction project

We expect from you:

  • A degree in engineering, preferably with a focus on railway, civil, or structural engineering
  • Alternatively, a relevant technical education
  • Previous experience as a Construction Manager or Construction Supervisor preferred
  • High resilience, assertiveness, flexibility, commitment, teamwork, and mobility
  • A careful, independent work style and good organizational skills
  • Proficiency in working with IT systems (MS Office, Arriba, Tilos, SOG, or iTWO)
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and travel frequently
