Your Task Environment

  • You use modern recruiting methods and support our growth through active and passive sourcing, establish yourself as an HR company ambassador, and support the expansion of a sustainable candidate network.
  • You proactively and independently manage the recruiting process, take on the initial phone contact, and support our managers during interviews and decisionmaking.
  • You handle the application and management of our workation processes.
  • Depending on your interests, you support other central HR processes along the HR value chain and projects, bring in your experience and ideas, and contribute to a continuous optimization of our HR landscape.

Your Qualifications

  • You have gained practical experience in human resources management, preferably in a very dynamic environment.
  • You follow current trends in recruiting and active sourcing with enthusiasm and personal interest and enjoy trying out new ways and tools to continuously expand your professional network
