    Role: Governance Project Administrator (Part-Time)

    Location: Arlington, VA; Hybrid Remote Work Schedule

    Pay Rate: $45-60/Hour

    Our client is seeking a Part-Time Governance Project Administrator to join their team.

    Job Responsibilities:

    · Oversee the implementation of governance policy updates, procedures, resources, and practices.

    · Monitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

    · Recommend and develop policies and practices, including conflict of interest.

    · Facilitate the development of Board meeting agendas.

    · Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership team to develop and execute plans.

    Requirements:

    · Experience in – 10+ years of progressive experience managing or consulting on governance or board relations

    · Proficient in – CRM Experience, Salesforce Preferred

    · Soft Skills – Prioritization and Organizational Skills, Effective and Professional Communicator

    · Education – Bachelor's Degree Strongly Preferred
