As part of our direct placement services, with a permanent contract, we are currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Manager (m/f/d) with a specialization in Property Management for our client in the Ravensburg area, in full-time.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • First point of contact for the concerns of the property owners
  • Independent preparation, conduct, and followup of owners' meetings
  • Recording and implementation of resolutions
  • Monitoring and coordination of maintenance, inspection, and operational obligations
  • Regular property inspections and management of technical and infrastructural measures
  • Identification of technical and economic optimization potential and communication with relevant stakeholders
  • Handling of damage and insurance claims, as well as participation in budget planning

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or specialized degree/education
  • Preferably experience as a Property Manager (m/f/d) / Real Estate Manager (m/f/d) / Real Estate Specialist (m/f/d) or Real Estate Agent (m/f/d)
  • Adequate professional experience in property management of residential properties
