About the Position:

At collectAI, we have big goals.

By 2025, our aim is to become the most relevant AI for escalation, debt management, and payment solutions in the European enterprise segment - because we believe that payment and debt management can be done smarter and are essential for building healthy customer relationships.


To achieve this goal, we need you
as our Head of HR (m/w/d) to prepare our HR department for our growth in a structured manner.


Your responsibilities include:


  • You will take on the disciplinary and professional leadership of our HR team
  • This includes developing our HR strategy, goals, standards, and processes, optimizing them, and implementing them in practice with the team
  • You will work closely with the Clevel and the rest of the management team, advising our leaders on all strategic and operational HR topics
  • You will analyze data on personnel structure and performance to identify trends and develop appropriate measures
  • You will proactively work with your team to shape modern employment conditions always with an eye on the sustainable economic success of the company

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, law, or social economics with a focus on human resources management, labor law, or a comparable field
  • At least 5+ years of practical experience in the HR field, ideally in a tech company with a strong focus on recruiting
  • First experience in a leadership role with extensive strategic tasks
  • Strong ability to apply data analysis
