**The Plant Operations department is the heart of technical management: From in-depth analysis of technical errors to planning and conducting regular inspections, to communicating with customers and service providers, you will be responsible for all technical issues related to your systems as a Technical Operations Manager (m/f/d) for photovoltaics. For this, we are looking for motivated colleagues to join us as soon as possible in full-time positions at our locations in Hamburg or remotely


Your tasks:


  • Analyzing errors and developing solutions for troubleshooting
  • Coordinating service visits with service partners and own technicians
  • Monitoring and reviewing repair visits and reports
  • Planning and conducting system inspections and tests
  • Continuously optimizing customer portfolios and reporting to customers
  • Independently carrying out projects to improve the quality of the work area
  • Collaboration in the area of system IT and data communication
  • Conducting onsite visits with customers, solar parks, or service providers

Your profile:


  • Completed training in the field of electrical engineering or a degree in electrical engineering, environmental engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
  • Ideally, some professional experience in the field of photovoltaics or technical management
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially handling large amounts of data
  • Qualification as an electrical specialist is an advantage
  • Independent work style, high sense of responsibility, and strong communication skills
  • Negotiation skills in German, fluent English skills are an advantage
  • Class B driver's license
