Our company is in search of a Consulting Accounting Clerk to join our vibrant team within the Finance industry.

    This role requires a unique blend of accounting knowledge, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills, offering a dynamic work environment and an opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's financial operations.

    As a Consulting Accounting Clerk, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our company's financial health. Managing the full cycle of accounting activities including accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, and utilities.
    Conducting regular reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy.
    Maintaining an orderly accounting filing system.
    Providing clerical and administrative support to management as requested.
    Assisting in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance.
    Utilizing accounting software, spreadsheets, and databases to process financial data and create reports.
    Identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial entries, reports, and summaries.
    A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Finance industry.
    Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks.
    Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
    Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
    Strong data entry skills.
    A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
