- Manage and process customer payments for accounts receivable accurately and promptly.
- Create and send out customer invoices following company procedures.
- Update and maintain customer records, including any changes due to mergers, name modifications, or address updates.
- Develop standardized communications for overdue accounts and work closely with customers to facilitate payments.
- Generate customized reports on account statuses as requested.
- Investigate account discrepancies and overdue payments, collaborating with the Collections Manager and other teams.
- Assist in producing monthly billing statements based on the general ledger.
- Assist the Accounting Manager in monthly revenue account reconciliations.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Monday to Friday schedule from 9am to 5pm.
- Solid math skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactively anticipate work demands and maintain customer relationships.
- Preferably at least two years of experience in a relevant role.
