Summary:
Responsible for completing tasks associated with inventorycontrol such as scanning products, picking orders, and restockingpar carts, inventory locations, and point of use systems.Additional responsibilities can include receiving supplies,verifying data accuracy, re-ordering supplies. Responsible fortroubleshooting critical supply issues.
Responsibilities:
• Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUSCompetencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader ofLeaders.
• Perform Supply Chain Technician tasks.
• Assess critical supply issues.
• Audit andverify supply receipts of stocked items to avoid outages and/orreceiving issues.
• Receive incoming materials,supplies and equipment.
• Compare information onpacking slip with the purchase order to verify accuracy of theshipment.
• Inspect shipments for damages ordefects.
• Utilize scanning technology for parscanning, receiving, documentation for purchase orders, and APprocess completion.
• Perform cycle counts, bin audits,and verify reorder reports and quantities.
• Reviewtransactions ensuring accurate posting.
• Package andprocess shipments following the appropriate process to otherlocations and vendors.
• Perform tasks in INFOR (ERPSystem) appropriately including transactions in Par Specialist,Purchasing Receiver, Inventory Management, Warehouse Clerk, andMSCM
• Ensure unreleased transactions are completeddaily as appropriate.
• Deliver supplies to departmentsincluding procedural areas, critical care, and nursing whileensuring compliance with JCHAO policies.
• Possesscritical thinking skills related to tasks and operation.
• Work with procurement following up on overdue orders andbackorders.
• Provide customer service, including allnecessary follow up tasks to ensure correct products are deliveredtimely, efficiently, and accurately.
• Basic computerknowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively, bothverbally and in writing.
• Ability to adapt todifferent situations while maintaining exceptional decision-makingskills.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
