    Description

    Our client, a global broadcast media and entertainment company, is actively looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Los Angeles This role is onsite 3 days a week (and 2 days remote) so local candidates are required.

    ***This is a 6 month initial contract with the opportunity to extend***

    This person will be providing Project Management/Coordination for the company's Workplace Violence Prevention Program and will involve system configuration, integration, and optimization, as well as documentation of training records, incidents, inspections, and requests.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage project scope, milestones, and all deliverables
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements, align technical solutions with strategic goals, provide updates, and address concerns
    • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes
    • Perform high-volume data entry and manage documentation for project
    • Facilitate cross-functional engagement to foster collaboration and drive project progress

    Required Skills & Experience

    • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field
    • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager with BA lineage
    • PMP is a plus
    • Experience managing technical development projects using Agile methodologies, experience supporting SaaS applications and troubleshooting
    • Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Powerpoint, Excel, Power BI, etc.
