    Job Description

    Job DescriptionOur agency is seeking an Account Manager to join our team and help us protect our community while enjoying a fun and rewarding work environment.

    Responsibilities:
    • Engage with prospective customers to identify their insurance needs and offer suitable coverage options
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
    • Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on leads to drive business growth
    • Process policy changes and provide servicing support to existing customers
    • Participate in fun team sales contests with incentives (like a monthly bingo board) to motivate and reward success

    Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets
    • Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn insurance software
    • Must pass an in-depth background check
    Licenses:
    • Must obtain Property & Casualty License
    • Must obtain Life & Health License
    • Agency sponsored 2-day exam prep course and the first attempt at the exams
