We are currently seeking a Band Leader on behalf of our client in Guthrie Center, IA.


Responsibilities:

  • Manually enter all customer returns into the system that cannot be scanned, as well as correct any errors in the scanning process
  • Train new scanning employees
  • Provide support to scanning employees for any questions or issues
  • Manually enter customer numbers into the scanner
  • Collect all returned merchandise slips
  • Regularly assign tasks for cleaning processing equipment and workstations

Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of the company's products
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to constant changes
  • Reliability and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle a heavy workload
  • Team player
