Description
Our client is the online division of a large European drugstore chain.

To strengthen the team in the payment systems department, we are looking for talented individuals (m/f/d) to join the existing team.

This position can be mostly carried out from home; however, the company would like to welcome you to the office once a week to maintain contact.

Therefore, you should live within commuting distance of the Berlin City West area.


These and similar tasks await you:

  • You will be responsible for handling unidentifiable payments and finding the corresponding invoices
  • You will initiate refunds for overpayments
  • You will offset open credits with new purchases
  • You will inform customers about outstanding payments
  • You will negotiate installment and deferment agreements

What you need to bring to the table:

  • Excellent German language skills
  • Availability for at least 30 hours per week
  • Previous experience with common data entry systems
  • Strong numerical understanding and quick comprehension
  • Attentive listener and persuasive communicator
  • Focus on finding solutions, not problems
