We are looking for you to join our customer service team at our location in Dormagen near Cologne:

Your tasks:

  • You will handle written and telephone customer inquiries
  • You will be a competent contact person for our customers regarding order and delivery processes, payment information, and complaints
  • You will also provide product information for our diverse range of products and advise on colors, fabrics, and styles
  • You will work with our inventory management system on a daily basis
  • You will also collaborate closely with other departments such as warehouse, category management, and marketing

Your profile:

  • You speak German at least at a C1 level, knowledge of other European languages at a B1 level is advantageous
  • Customer and service orientation are natural for you
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You are proficient in using computer applications
  • It would be beneficial to have an interest in the home and living industry and a good sense for colors, fabrics, and interior design
