We are currently seeking a dedicated
Integration Coach (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible on a full-time basis (40 hours/week) for a fixed term of two years.

Compensation will be in accordance with the in-house collective agreement, pay group I for support staff.

The filling of this position is dependent on a positive approval/grant decision in the ongoing process.


Your main responsibilities:


  • You will support our participants through targeted care and assistance on their path to the job market and/or vocational training.
  • In individual and group sessions, you will assess the skills of participants and discuss their career prospects.
  • You will identify individual barriers, develop coping strategies, and prepare your participants specifically for vocational training or employment.
  • You will accompany internships and onthejob training phases, support the search for a suitable employer, and actively participate in the placement process.
  • Through regular contact with clients and regional companies, you will create a favorable environment for your pedagogical work.
  • You will support us in optimizing the training and further education processes, as well as developing our range of services (especially concept creation).
  • Administrative tasks and documentation will round off your area of responsibility.
