The headquarters is located in the greater Siegen area in the Westerwald region, approximately 100 km from Cologne and Frankfurt.

As part of a succession plan, we are currently looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/x) to join our team in Millville, MN.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Independently advising and supporting employees and managers on all work and personnelrelated matters
  • Responsible for preparing, coordinating, and implementing individual personnel and labor law measures in accordance with legal and company guidelines
  • Managing the entire recruitment and hiring process
  • Working closely with employee representatives
  • Independently designing and developing HR processes
  • Participating in overarching HR projects and ensuring successful implementation at your location
  • Being part of a highly dedicated global HR team

Your qualifications:


  • Completed studies in human resources or a similar field, or equivalent professional training
  • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Ideally, previous experience as an HR professional in a production environment and familiar with specific requirements
  • Broad, generalist HR background
  • Strong affinity for and knowledge of HR IT and tools (Workday, Success Factors, etc.)
  • Familiarity with working with employee representatives, codetermination issues, and collective bargaining agreements
  • Solid knowledge
