    Leading legal practice specializing in personal injury litigation. With a strong commitment to justice and exceptional client service, we have consistently achieved successful outcomes for our clients. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Pre-Litigation/Litigation Paralegal to join our team. This Paralegal position will focus on assisting attorneys with cases to ensure the efficient and timely progression of the different stages of pre-litigation. Ideal candidate will have personal injury knowledge and also be Bi-Lingual/Spanish preferred.

    Responsibilities:

    • Communicate with clients from the beginning of the case through the pre-litigation process
    • Communicate with treating doctors and medical providers
    • Prepare and manage legal documents, correspondence, and filings in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
    • Assist attorneys in pre-litigation activities
    • Identify, research, and analyze relevant laws and legal issues
    • Track case progress and deadlines and update attorneys accordingly
    • Utilize case management software and database systems to organize and manage case information

    Qualifications/Skills required:

    • Three years of personal injury pre-litigation paralegal experience preferred, but not required
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Strong time-management and organizational skills
    • Self-starter with extreme attention to detail and accuracy
    • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to case management
    • Ability to handle large and complex caseloads
    • Fluency in Spanish is preferred, but not required

    Must be diligent and positive worker, able to work in a team atmosphere, positive, self-starter and eager to learn and advance. Pay is commensurate with experience with bonus opportunities. Insurance Benefits after 90-day probationary period. MUST have law firm experience. Personal Injury experience preferred but not required, knowledge of Personal Injury is required.

    Bilingual: preferred, but not required

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $50, $70,000.00 per year
